Foundry Outdoor is a Chicago-based outdoor structure company specializing in private pickleball and sport courts built on engineered concrete slabs. We design and install high performance concrete slabs with proper drainage, steel reinforcement and a 5” compacted stone base that are built to last Chicago’s fluctuating climate.

Our work is led by a second-generation Local #1 union carpenter with over 25 years in the trades, combining union-level training with hands-on concrete experience. We self-perform both the foundation and structure installation, ensuring every project is built once — and built right.

We primarily serve the North and Near North Side of Chicago, working with homeowners who value durability, clean execution, and thoughtful design.
